MicroStrategy upsizes debt offering to $550M as it looks to add to Bitcoin holdings

MicroStrategy (MSTR) has priced upsized private offering of $550M (from $400M) of 0.750% convertible senior notes due December 15, 2025.Initial purchasers granted an option to purchase up to an additional $100M of the notes.Offering is expected to close on December 11. Interest will be payable semi-annually in arrears on June 15 and December 15 of each year, beginning on June 15, 2021. The company intends to invest the net proceeds in bitcoin (BTC-USD).Shares up 0.08% premarket.
