Ethan Allen changes symbol to avoid Ethereum confusion

Ethan Allen Interiors (NYSE:ETH) says it will be changing its ticker symbol to ETD from ETH on August 16. CEO Farooq Kathwari, says the company is using the D in the symbol for Design, which will reflect the retailer's focus on interior design and the personal services of our design professionals throughout the global retail network. He also notes that the change will better differentiate Ethan Allen (ETH) news from Ethereum news in search results, as Ethereum (ETH-USD) is often abbreviated as ETH.
